Why would Clancy write anything that isn’t in full support of conservative idealogy?

Clancy was a staunch conservative. Dedicated several of his books to notable conservative politicans such as Ronald Reagan. He supported the NRA (yes I understand the NRA has changed form over the years but I don’t really care) and he opposed abortion.

He praised Bush for being a ‘good guy’, granted he did challenge the justifications for the Iraq War (I also don’t really care about a broken clock managing to be right).

I haven’t read any of his novels for a very long time, but what I remember is that amongst the tech and spy stuff there is stuff that sounds like very clear RW propaganda (to me).

Granted, this is the first time I’ve thought about Clancy in years outside of conversations with my (you might have guessed it) conservative coworker. I don’t really know much about the man other than he was definitely conservative. I think you could probably make the argument that he was center right, and that the center right from the 60’s is very different than the center right of today. Draw your own conclusions.

Trump voters wanted Survivor and got pedo-Dexter.

Laziest fucking final season of any (mostly awesome, save for a couple seasons) show.

So bad they had to write a whole new final season years later. Which also wasn’t that great. But still an improvement.

The irony is that THIS is the deep state the fuckers have been looking for. Just the the 2nd amendment folks though, their rhetoric is just that, rhetoric and was NEVER going to lead to the solutions they preached.

The only value that side shares is bootlicking authority.

Including an unredacted version of emails that had been leaked (which prompted this release) with the victim redacted. But you know, the reason they didn’t release anything else before was to protect the victims… until it’s better for Trump if they do.

        In short:

        Palantir CEO, Alex Karp.

And the owner is even more unhinged than that.

In the UK, Palantir is used in the NHS.

        https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2025/aug/04/tech-trillion-dollars-palantir-techscape

Peter Thiel, co-founder of PayPal, owner of the military technology companies Palantir and Anduril, an early investor in Facebook, the man who has openly declared since the 2000s that democracy is a mistake and that he wants to destroy the United States and European countries to establish city-states, each governed by a different corporation (fiefdoms), on our ruins, has always chosen his projects based on a clear political vision. Unlike other businessmen, Thiel is more of an activist than an investor. For example, PayPal was initially intended as an alternative to the American banking system to undermine and eventually overthrow the government; this is what attracted Thiel’s attention to the project in the first place. Palantir, it seems to me, is no different.

            https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Technocracy

A technocracy is a model of governance wherein decision-makers are chosen for office based on their technical expertise and background. A technocracy differs from a traditional democracy in that individuals selected to a leadership role are chosen through a process that emphasizes their relevant skills and proven performance, as opposed to whether or not they fit the majority interests of a popular vote.

a system that lets the money guy call himself CTO.

is probably more of an oligarchy or some other thing about rich people having power; technocracy is about getting people who know their shit run stuff that they know about

    Conspired with Russians

Never allow this disinformation to permeate. Epstein was key Israel intelligence/leadership figure. Barak would take orders/suggestions from him to not inform Mossad leadership of his information/tactics. The funding for his honeypot blackmail program came from the circular US aid to Israel to US political interference/domination programs of Israel.

US oligarchy allying with Zionazi control of US is simply their path to pilfer all of US wealth, because if money equals speech, then money = zionazi+allies control.

Anyone who suggests Russia wasn’t involved in <insert bad thing here> is a Russian bot or a Chinese Wumao or a radical Islamist trying to trick me into not blaming the Russians for something.
