t-girl is short for trans girl, and e-girl is an internet subculture (from which the femboy aesthetic borrows heavily; think thigh-highs and mini-skirts)
i remember somebody re-interpreted e-girl as “estrogen girl” lol
isn’t that most girls though? unless they don’t want / can’t get HRT of course.
That reinterpretation probably leads to a long discussion because most cis girls come factory-equipped with estrogen.
However, Lemmy is probably 90% trans girls with a (sexual and/or romantic) preference for girls, so “trans girl” isn’t a bad first guess here.
