I saw them bringing solar panels and I thought
if u spent about $220 million on buying and moving solar panels (about $200 million on Chinese panels and $12 million on shipping costs) to bring about 2.0GW to 2.5GW of Chinese solar panels to Cuba, it would significantly change their relationship to their ongoing energy crisis
it would all fit in one panamax container ship and they can figure out all the auxiliary hardware locally or buy that also from China
