    f you’re a fan of Taro’s saga,

    Kinda

then you owe it to yourself to play Reincarnation before the shutdown occurs.

    A mobile gacha game? Nope.

When are we getting cracked versions of gacha games so we can just do the story?

If you read the article, they usually just shut down and disappear.

If you’re lucky some dedicated archivist records the story sections before it goes down.

In the past for things like Kingdom Hearts, people have made compilation YouTube videos of the story pieces. I haven’t looked yet - does it exist for this?

There’s usually story complications out for gacha games because (at least for the better ones) the story tends to be pretty dense

I dont think there are any series I’m invested in the story enough to play a shitty mobile/gacha game for.

I did that with Fire Emblem for a while (well, less “story” than “general universe”, but still). It’s generally considered one of the “good ones”, yet I can confirm, it was not worth it at all.

Gacha sucks the fun out of everything IMO.

I’ve got to be honest, that game was so bad, I’d barely call it a game. Atmosphere was nice, but that was about where it stopped.

Yoko Taro is a dude who straight up says he’ll do anything if you pay him. I wonder if he’d do like a youtube style lore analysis of Reincarnation if we hit him with a kickstarter.
