well, i finally replaced my barn. When I went to go destroy the old one, however, the bugged out ghosts of the vaporized cows claimed squatters rights and I had to exorcise my save file. Kinda sucks, because if I did that from the start, i wouldn’t have had to build another deluxe barn. oh well.

The paths are fixed up and I planted a few decorative mahogany trees.

also, starfruit wine brewed over the summer and fall got me enough cash to buy out a whole bunch of catalogues, so I’m starting to decorate my house, too!

also also, my ancient fruits are all planted! I took the liberty of securing 96 extra seeds a bit after this photo was taken, so I can get a little extra juice going in my fields when spring comes around.

also also also, I just completed the bundles and unlocked the island, so I’m gonna try to find a place for my slime hutch and move on to that until i’m ready to figure out what to do with the west half of my farm.

i have not owned a television since I was a child and came to develop my quirky ad-reviling character trait

it looks pretty and helps keep your hogs from dropping truffles all over the place. It’s not vital.

Making burritos. I’ve taken to adding in a bit of salsa and sour cream, and then finishing it in the oven with a layer of cheese on top and drizzling some hot sauce afterwards. I’m currently figuring out side dishes to go alongside them, and then i’ll move onto the next dish that catches my attention.

My barn is still broken from the update, and I’m dreading needing to make a new one. I think you can transfer animals between barns, so I won’t have to sell my hogs, but urghh what if the new one is bugged too?

also, I formalized a new part of my farm for fish ponds and my chicken coop, and decorated it a bit with seasonal planters from the flower dance.

hmm, well lets see. I’m on spring of year 2, still growing my first ancient fruit in the greenhouse and have set up the infrastructure to start the brewery up, I just need more time. The barn and coop are maxed out and I just need to swap to all buns and 8 hogs/4cows.

All that being said, I have a HUGE portion of my farm undeveloped, and have no idea what I’m gonna fo with that.

edit: I just saved after swapping out all of my chickens for rabbits, but I forgot to make a single fried egg for the community center RIP
