In fact, the title tells us there is 2 main reasons why people refuse to work in bakery : working 70h per week : overwork a low wage So it’s not : “for little money”, even if it’s well paid (which won’t happen) they will refuse and prioritise their life, familly, friends… You omitted “et/and” so it change a lot the sentence’s meaning. I would translate it to : “70h per week and little wage”
