TL;DR, the Khmer Rouge definitely did some of this, they kind of targeted anyone with any kind of remotely bourgeois indicators like knowing French or being literate. But most of those specific things, including wearing glasses, weren’t targeted by party leadership specifically. They’re just what some various individual actors decided to use to identify ppl as bourgeois.
