I’m aware of the ways that men can still harshly graded for their appearance. I think my statement stands. And frankly, to me men being expected to be tall feels like an extension of the idea their value is what they can provide.
There are other parts to the way men are related to or valued. But compulsory performance of attractiveness is not the same for men as it is for women. I have a messy relationship with gender and have walked on both sides of the fence and know a lot of trans folks who have also.
People are cruel to women that fail to adequately perform attractiveness. Even ones they’re not in any way involved with or connected to.

I would say the strength of the prescription can make a big difference. Stronger glasses can have a magnifying effect that changes how the eyes look significantly so they look like a different person without them.
The woman in the photo doesn’t seem to have that effect going on though. I would bet those are either fake glasses for fashion, or a very light correction.

The meme implies she has multiple personalities. Having dissociative identity disorder (the condition that causes multiple personalities) is not a bad thing, but it is heavily stigmatized, and there is a very VERY long history of dismissing and degrading women on the basis that they’re “less mentally stable”, which mental health conditions can do, and carry the stigma of doing.
Hysteria was once a medical diagnosis given to women for “being to emotional and crazy”, and the vibrator was invented by a doctor as a medical device intended as a treatment for hysteria. The entire origins of mental health as a field is rooted in “treating” women. And there is still today a patten of people dismissing women by calling them crazy (eg “my ex was crazy”), and a chronic problem in healthcare where women’s health issues are not taken seriously and providers treat woman patients as if they’re imagining things.
Its a very familiar narrative but its one that has been used to do a lot of harm to women, and so using it in a meme where you’re also criticizing women for wearing makeup (a product of the way women are expected to compulsorily perform attractiveness) reads as sexist
I did think about DID but doscarded it because I don’t think there are any meds for that? I mean probably for stuff closely related but mean like people don’t really take meds to make the personalities disappear from my undestanding, some people go to therapy to “merge” those personalities from what I know like if they want to.

I only read it as criticism of women for wearing makeup because its an extremely common line of joke where the butt of the joke is generally that women are dishonest about how they look because their makeup changes their appearance. Sometimes the negativity is explicit, sometimes it is implied. And that generally makes me uncomfortable with people joking about that kind of thing. Whereas glasses giving you a different appearance never gets wielded to attack women.
Were the elements that could be interpreted uncharitably not all combined here (joking about both makeup and also mental illness), and were the context an individual scale interaction rather than the interaction being turned into a meme for mass appeal at scale I might be inclined to interpret more charitably. But the former makes it feel more malicious and the later makes it feel more important that it not be harmful.
