I don’t think it’s complicated, if a product directly kills people when used as intended, using a chatbot as a chatbot, the owner of said product should be held responsible, so the CEO is responsible for what their company produces and how it’s presented to the public. Regulations and warning labels would be a good start just like any other potentially deadly product on the market.
