The paper has long been the primary medium of scientific discourse. But it seems unlikely that it represents the final format for scholarly publishing and discussion. This post explores the formats that might emerge to replace the traditional academic article, including community notes, interactive and multi-media figures, and adversarial collaborations.

      The fun part about PhDs is that some of them are hella specific so we can come up with a really long name for a fake area of study and it still is somewhat believable.

      It’s just difficult to combine all the parts of your username. The best I can think of rn is to say you got your degree in Costal Human Ecology by researching pharmacokinetics in relation to reproductive biology.
