Sicherlich werden nicht alle Positionen nachbesetzt. Aber bei der Masse an Leuten die in Rente gehen kann ich es mir nicht vorstellen, dass alle Positionen unbesetzt bleiben.

Natürlich nicht. Es werden dann Leute im mittleren Alter in die frei gewordenen Positionen aufsteigen was wiederum bedeutet, dass deren Positionen frei werden, und so weiter. Also idealerweise werden wir dann mehr offene Junior-Positionen sehen, was für Berufseinsteiger sehr gut ist.

Dann wirds hoffentlich in einigen Jahren wieder besser aussehen aufm Arbeitsmarkt wenn die dann alle in Rente gehen

In an ideal world that’s what robots/AI would do. But we get the opposite; artists become unemployed whereas manual labor still continues to exist for humans.

Or using LLMs. For common problems they give good answers. But for niche problems one should double check what the proposed commands actually do.
