I for some reason watched the whole video. I don’t know that I’ve ever cringed so hard in my life! I have no thoughts about the see-through pants, legitimately, I do not care. But good gosh and golly, is this what local news is like?! And do people really watch it? I’m just embarrassed for every single person that has appeared on screen during this video that’s been posted. And confused as to who the target audience is. I’m flummoxed here, tbqh

Not only do people watch it, but they consistently rate their local news channel as more trustworthy than the major news networks, despite the fact that almost all local news in the US is owned by a single corporation that regularly forces them to air right wing propaganda segments. It’s essentially Fox News but without the bad reputation.

edit: holy shit I just watched the clip. that reporter gets sexually assaulted on camera and just keeps going damn.
