    They’ve skipped the initial step: get hefty initial backing from a relative.

    This gives you a head start, so you can scale up fast enough to become “too big to fail” and then comes the massive fraud.

    Poor people can’t get away with even minor fraud.

    Relatable.

    The CEO of our 401k company just embezzled millions out of 17 companies’ plans.

    Luckily we weren’t one that was affected.

    But goddamn how can you be that evil

    I can’t comprehend the idea of buying coffee outside every day. I have seen people that are living pay check to pay check and nothing saved for the future BUT they drink coffee outside every day. Maybe that’s what considered spending for pleasure for them?

    When a Starbucks opened near where I worked many coworkers did wait in queue for maybe an hour to get a coffee. I was surprised.

      Damn, if they didn’t buy a 4 dollar coffee every day, they could afford the median house around here, if they’d started about 500 years ago.
