[a character stretches saran wrap]
[they keep stretching and the saran wrap tears]
[the saran wrap is now a messy ball in their hand]
[the character rages]

Man found in jungle still expressing himself through classic rage comics 20 years after the war has ended.
this is incredibly inaccurate.
When this happens i instantly transcend rage and go full circle into complete calmness, because i know that the people responsible are certainly going to hell before they die, the infernal flames fueled by my fury.
I’ve been using scissors for all kinds of stuff that comes on rolls. Aluminium foil, baking paper, saran, gift wrap … though saran is still a pain, because it sticks to itself. Even adhesive tape, never trust the built-in cutting solutions!
I’ve long since ditched the grocery store stuff and have gone with the restaurant quality giant rolls with a sliding cutter built right into them. If someone you know has a membership to a Restaurant Depot or similar, definitely ask them. One of those rolls will last years in a home kitchen and I basically never deal with the plastic not tearing right.
You can usually find them under food service cling film.
Afaik (may have changed since I was there), you don’t need a membership to shop at Restaurant Depot, you just don’t get the club member discount.
The restaurant depot near me requires membership to shop there. And their website requires it too.
