Another possibility — it’s hosted on files.catbox.moe, and given that catbox allows arbitrary uploads of files, I’m sure that there’s content that people have uploaded that violate pornography laws in some jurisdictions, and it’s possible that you’re in a country or on a network that that has some sort of network blacklist that includes catbox. You might try opening the URL directly in a Web browser. If you can’t open that, probably it’s your network provider.
Videos and media posted to this com always appear unavailable for me, almost without fail. I haven’t yet figured out why.
What app you using? Try another one, I use Voyager on iOS and it works great, for example
