Walk over it. Even if it’s filmed, they are in a crosswalk what would come of that? Get some friends to do the same. If they don’t want their car walked on, don’t park on the crosswalk.
I like this one. If you are flexible/ athletically inclined, just climb all over it, drag your stuff across it, stomp over the roof or the hood real hard, maybe take a moment and stamp the water or mud off your boots, etc.

I’d definitely be calling a couple of my wheelchair bound brothers. I’m sure they’d be up for seeing how fast they could crash into it… Maybe not all of them but Dave would, Dave would absolutely ram right into it multiple times (he really doesn’t like not having access to a crosswalk).
