Kinda reminds me of things advertised as “no sugar” and I’d sometimes stupidly think it means they made something tasty without just loading up on sweetness until I check and it just means they used sugar substitutes so it usually just ends up tasting sweet but kinda gross (for me personally, sucralose is the only one that doesn’t taste like “chemical similar to sugar but the difference is yucky”).
Things can be good without an extreme amount of sugar or salt ffs.
There’s a bunch of ice cream substitutes and chocolate bars that are advertised as vegan with “may contain milk” cautions. And they have enough milk in them to set off my lactose intolerance…
