    Certainly over the top, but quite functional. They’ve placed the bar in the right spot, and none of the design choices affect the usability/renovatability of the space at least. The distance between the seats facing each other would make for an odd hang, though.

      It looks to me like it was once designed to be a small venue where the stage was off to the left where the curved Wood flooring is then the bar was placed over there later. Reminds me of what a dive bar would do for a small stage for a DJ/Karaoke/small band type of thing. Seperation in the middle for a dance floor. And an easy access bar to get drinks. Maybe as they got older they stopped having bands and just left the speakers set up and they still dance there.

      I’m giving far to much credit though. Probably just a weird design

      Looks like they “magic eraser”'d the camera and tripod. If you look at the back of the mirror bench you can see the foot of a tripod that wasn’t erased.

    These posts low key scare me tbh. Like they are windows into the minds of other humans and… it ain’t looking good in there
