Summary

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy hit back at Donald Trump’s accusation that Ukraine started its war with Russia, saying that Trump is trapped in a “disinformation bubble” and adding that his country was not for sale.

He rejected Trump’s claim that Kyiv could have avoided the war and defended U.S. aid.

Referring to U.S. support—$67 billion in weapons and $31.5 billion in budgetary aid—Zelenskyy dismissed demands for $500 billion in minerals as “not a serious conversation.”

Moscow welcomed Trump’s remarks, further fueling concerns about his foreign policy approach.

Never forget these maga heads with t-shirts that said: i’d rather be russian than a democrat. They don’t give a shit, they want their team to win. It’s a sport to them. If you have to inject 15 year olds with testosterone maybe win a college football game, hell yeah, better than losing

“I don’t like Trump’s flirting with Putin," said 49-year-old Fedir Logvynenko. “I don’t quite understand whether it’s from great intelligence or from complete incompetence.”

Hate to break it to you, but it’s pretty obviously the latter.

Is that translated? Or, rather, does Fedir speak English?

I got a funny feeling that the translators in global media sound a hell of a lot more competent than Trump. And there’s a hell of a lot gained in translation.

He didn’t get trapped or tricked. He knows what he is doing, he is a traitor that is caving to blackmail.

Is he vulnerable to any possible blackmail at this point? I think it’s safe to assume he is just really fond of Putin and his ruling style.

I mean It kinda depends on what Putin has on him. If it’s a tape of him molesting Ivanka or Tiffany, or even one of his sons, he’d probably want to keep that hidden forever, even after he attains dictator for life status.

It’s probably one of the few things that could actually take him down.

Hey, he’s also trapped in American disinformation and misinformation bubbles too. Also, he’s extremely stupid so he’ll never realize he’s wrong and too narcissistic to ever admit he’s wrong, so we’re all screwed.

A more plausible alternative interpretation is that Trump is a source of the disinformation bubble and not its victim.

imo, i feel it is intentional and made to be as neutral as possible so the man baby won’t have more reasons to give a fit.

i wish europe can set their defenses up from this experience.
