I think that’s the mainstream press idea, but Obama, Trump, and Biden all supplied Ukraine with billions in weaponry, support, and training to blow the shit out of the Donbass and drag Russia into attacking. Zelensky knew the score too… Trump gave plenty toward getting his country decimated, but Obama and Biden gave even more.
