    I still remember tasting that in a restaurant many years ago.

    Extremely simple to do and with good tomatoes this is absolutely delicious.

    I also like pico de gallo on some crumbling and hot bread.

      Really easy to make too, on a lazy Sunday afternoon. Just some toasted bread with tomatoes, garlic and some olive oil, it’s a 5 minute job. I like fresh oregano (I keep it in the freezer), but dry works as well.

      Like most things in Italian cuisine, it’s very easy to prepare but requires quality ingredients, not easy to find good tomatoes, olive oil and basil everywhere
