J’aime bien le petit Marseillais. C’est pas super tradi mais on le trouve facilement en supermarché et il est à base végétal à défaut de mieux. Je l’utilise surtout pour le linge alors je le choisi pas aussi bien que le savon pour le corps ou les mains mais je devrais essayer une fois les marques là

Le procédé chimique c’est la saponification qui fait réagir ensemble une matière grasse et de la potasse (ou de la soude) pour produire du savon

Donc on ne peut pas avoir de savon avec seulement de l’huile d’olive mais un savon dont la matière grasse est seulement de l’huile d’olive. L’huile de palme ou le suif coûte moins chers et sont utilisés en complément par l’industrie dans certains savons qui contiennent aussi de l’huile d’olive.

Le savon de Marseille n’est pas une appellation d’origine protégé. Pour un produit suffisamment proche de la tradition il faut chercher ce qui sont “d’origine végétale”. C’est pas facile d’en trouver 100 % a l’huile d’olive en supermarché.

I had heard the opposite. I was doing that for the hair of baby looking doll but it would undo partially the curb and curl of the hair style. It is possible to restore it with hair curler, I did that later on synthetics wigs but back then I was bad with hair tool so I didn’t attempt it. It all goes back to 10/15 years so the exact method is not fresh in my mind but I didn’t remember facing specific issues.

Actually it is not fur but glass indeed. The idea that it was fur was thought out by some modern(ish) french authors who thought they understand the meaning of the tale better than anyone but ancien versions of the tale do mention a glass shoe. A shoe made in a precious, fragile and impratical material showing the magic infuse in the setup.
