I know it only as a german expression for something extremely common or regular. Apparently it was a type of machine gun used in WW1 and WW2 that was the default weapon and / or of lower quality.
According to the United Nations the number of injured and killed has been in imbalance for over a decade.
No party has been innocent in this conflict but I would lean on the side that retaliation and attacks from israel are far more deadly and damaging than from Palestine.
Maybe what happens was this step between „all nazis to power“ and „imprison them all“ and those examples you have shown were outliers and not the norm.
As far as I know the allied forces tried to find out how deep you were ideological or if you were „just following commands“. Not the prettiest solution and of course there were wrong decisions made, but in my opinion it was the best possible option without imprisonment of like half of the population.
And as you can see from the Nürnberg-Trails and other similar judicial processes there were many Nazis punished (in severe cases by death) for their deeds.
Splid is great. Simple yet feature-rich if you need it. If you want to create many different groups for splitting it’s just a small one time fee instead of monthly. If two groups is fine or you just want to join groups it’s free.
And best of all: there is no need for an account! In fact there is no account you could create.
Update: Missed in which community I’m in. The App sadly isn’t FOSS and isn’t in the fdroid-store. But it doesn’t change my opinion about it :)
Don’t give Elon ideas!
Well … Holiday comes from the Old English hāligdæg, meaning holy day. So it closer to it than one might think. But on the other hand … conservative christians might not get that connection
Man, there is a xkcd for everything …
u and v were so difficult for me to differentiate in handwriting. My handwriting is not that pretty and the difference between a round bottom and a sharp bottom is not that big when stressed in an exam.
Perfectly balanced
Calligraphy. The color of the inks are just mesmerizing. But my normal handwriting is really ugly…
