Chromosomes are the instructions, not the definition.
Someone with Klinefelter syndrome (XXY) is still male because their body is organized toward the male developmental path. An extra chromosome doesn’t create a third gamete, and since sex is defined by anisogamy, it cannot create a third sex. A chromosomal variation is just a glitch in the instructions, not a new biological category.

Boys and men with Klinefelter syndrome are still genetically male, and often will not realise they have this extra chromosome, but occasionally it can cause problems that may require treatment.
People often have strong opinions and/or inexperience on topics like this. I think it’s good to examine AI responses as a summary of something that’s ingested the entire internet, getting everyone on the same page and enabling interesting critical analysis.
