I definitely wouldn’t recommend smoking in that case, but vaping you could try if you make sure the vape is not getting too hot. If you do vaping right it’s basically warm, spicy mist - still may make you cough, but could be manageable if you’re careful. The effect is a lot more immediate from vaping, is the only reason I’d at least consider it in your case. You can also try ingesting it orally for a slower uptake, though I’m not sure what a good dosage or way would be for you. Can’t really OD on CBD though, so don’t stress it too much. If you go that way just beware, there are a lot of snakeoil products out there with CBD. I’d try going for a basic oil extract from a reputable vendor that ideally also sells whole flower, that should give you a pure, reliable, versatile solution for oral ingestion. You could put it on food or even bake with it (I think), take it any way you would ingest oil. Alternatively, you can solve it in alcohol, but I don’t think that’s a great idea for your use case.
There’s probably also CBD in pill form some way or other, I’m sure

could probably unironically help you reduce your dosage but don’t expect miracles obviously. Try vaping some herb, maybe it helps. If you don’t wanna get high, try pure CBD strains.
lemons are great for this. You don’t need all of it, just the skin. press the lemon and enjoy the juice, put the skins on the glass rack and you’ll have a fresh lemon flavor when opening the door. needs replacing every other wash or so (they get hard and stop smelling)

You could try a medium-sized fish, like herring. It’s often canned in some kind of tomato-sauce and it generally breaks up more due to the size of it. No skin or bones. If you like tuna, this could be right up your alley.
Generally, I’d also advise to have some good bread with it or some crackers or something like that. You could also try it with rice, I think.

not really, I think you’re thinking of tuna? Sardines are a very small fish near the bottom of the food network, feeding on krill - there isn’t really much bio-accumulation going on here, compared to bigger fish. There’s some mercury in them for sure, but you’d have to eat a lot of sardines to get to dangerous levels

Probably a good idea, yea. The fat also helps with Vit D absorption/bio-availability, so it’s probably an even better idea to take them together (Krill oil + VitD/Multivit)

Check out those deenz, folks. Try and descend your snouts into a funky can of sardines this season. They’re real good; rich in bio-available Vitamin D, rich in healthy fats and they got a lot of calcium too. Get some tasty sardines (ideally, with skin on and bones in), laid to rest in a fresh drizzle of olive oil and enjoy that little bite of the seas. I’ve started eating a bunch of canned fish (mostly herring and sardines, tuna isn’t ideal) this winter and my skin is a lot better, as is the seasonal depression. Can recommend
