It’s so stupid, instead of sending the practically finished rover to the moon, they’ll send a block of concrete instead.
The rover only has environmental testing to go through and is otherwise ready. So since they are launching the rocket anyway, why not just use the rover without testing instead of a mass simulator. What’s the worst that could happen?
