And plus tactical nukes are a thing. Not all nukes are designed to blow up cities. If nukes are going to be in play, tactical nukes will first be used before strategic nukes. And we know the IOF is completely useless when they’re not murdering children or sodomizing unarmed prisoners. I think the most likely nuclear scenario is they’ll start using tactical nukes but get Western MSM to say they’re just powerful conventional bombs. It fits their MO because they love to shamelessly lie with a shit-eating grin.

Well, firstly, we don’t actually know that. We don’t know how many, or how big, their nuclear weapons are.
Secondly, you don’t have to nuke every single major city. Even just a few of them would be sufficient to blanket the earth in black clouds for years, decimating agriculture and causing mass famine. That’s the “nuclear winter” option.
There may be a chance that they face economic collapse that makes the settler colony infeasible to live in. But I’m not holding my breath for that.
