It’s insane to me this is a thing- in 2004 I was flabbergasted when a professor required us to turn in work on floppy- I hadn’t had a floppy drive in years at that point… that was 20 years ago.

I don’t understand how a country so high tech in so many ways could be literally a quarter century behind on something like a web form or digital drop box or something.
