    After looking this up it is intact in England

    OP in the future could you please add the country to the post please as lemmy has an international audience and add the country to this posts title

    To clarify I’m not a mod but I don’t want to have to look up the location of something every time I see a post I like

    This community has a problem of users not adding countries to post titles and it can he confusing to an international audience

      I’ll bare that in mind - thank you; I assumed erroneously that there was only one Halifax and assumed that everyone knew this corner of ‘God’s own county’ ;)

    By searching that, I’ve just learned about the concept of architectural follies…

    That case is batshit crazy, but there are worse ways to spend a fortune I guess.
