    The only situation where I buy water is if I need water in a bottle, because I don’t have one on me. In any other situation Vienna has perfect mountain spring tap water.

    I can’t imagine there could be enough demand for this idea.

      You don’t even need demand, if done well this could save money to water seller by reducing the their need for raw material. More benefice and the biggest of all time greenwashing promotion is enough of an incentive on the offer side.

        Space in a supermarket costs limited. And since we still live under capitalism, both the supermarket and the water company needs to make money, otherwise what’s the point for them.

          You’re right. I have imagined that there would be room from the space previously occupied by the bottles but in a more realistic sceanario, they will still be some bottles sold.
          Anyway, companies don’t seem to be looking at this kind of solution…
