However, [the users we spoke with] are still encountering a few too many pain points requiring workarounds or waiting for updates. For the team, this was a strong indicator that we need to spend more time identifying and resolving these everyday “papercut” issues that add up and impact users’ workflows.
Great news imo. I love the core philosophy followed by the engine, but it has really let these “papercut” issues pile up over the years. 4.0->4.1->4.2 has already been a massive improvement in that regard, so seeing them explicitly state their intention to keep it up is both reassuring and exciting.
