Lung adenocarcinoma has a wild, but still low, life expectancy within five years - anywhere from 63% with no metastasis, to merely 7% with it. Which is to say, depending on the prognosis, we might have to prepare for a conclave very soon. cancercenter.com/cancer-types/…

Well he told them to welcome and protect immigrants and that god doesn’t hate lgbt+ people. These extremely tepid takes were enough to cause a minor schism, so I will cut him some slack.

The pope is a good person, advocating for things we agree with, not fucking the poor without their consent, protecting the environment, stamping out the global child raping organization the church had humming.

Do we have anything tangible of him going after pedos in the church?

I really would love to see this and it is one of the main factors in me not trusting this guy, let alone anyone in a position of authority over millions of people. There’s a proven conflict of interest with that.

Cancer isn’t necessarily a death sentence or a long-winded sick bed. They talked about a nodule, before and I think since he is the pope, they are screening him regularly, so they probably caught it early. He might not even need chemotherapy.
