I was playing around with the skeleton key during the fight with Tengu to see how I could use it.

I started building walls. but the shocker actually go through the skeleton keys wall.

Same issue with the smoke bomb.

Attached picture is of the layout. Red line is the trajectory that the shocker took, green is the smoke bomb launched after.

    Yeah, they seem to be more like lair actions than actual attacks. If you distract Tengu with a ghost or other ally he will attack the ghost but the bombs are still directed at you.

      That’s the most likely explanation and skeleton key would not fuck with lair actions. The shuriken tho could be an indicator if it’s blocked as it would most likely use the same shuriken code as yours.
