Amazon has done much to eliminate it’s competition. We used to have Radio Shack, Fry’s, and Toys R Us, and Barnes & Noble, lost of small businesses, etc, now most or all of that is gone and we have Amazon, Wal-mart or other similarly bad company, and a few random small business that might not fit your needs.
Sometimes when I have tried to avoid Amazon by going directly to the company, I find that they sell through Amazon anyways. Amazon needs to be split up by the government. These companies have intentionally made themselves too big and diverse to effectively boycott.
Why is no ones first thought, fine I’ll just stop using Amazon? Is everyone so addicted to bezos’ teat that they can’t imagine going to the store?

I don’t use Amazon anymore. I don’t live in the US so maybe that makes it easier.
