Haha ! 2026 Québec is not that metal anymore. There’s some notable exceptions but this time have sadly past I think
The bands from Quebec are still going strong and are a rich part of the genre’s origin and evolution.
Also, Picard (or L’octus in this case) is in the future, so the current state of the scene (and the performance of the Habs) doesn’t factor into his worldview.
