These tariffs have been introduced under Section 338 of the 1930 Tariff Act, which covers trade discrimination rather than national emergencies (the mechanism used for the previous tariffs which the Supreme Court struck down recently).



Canada should throw out all of their US written IP laws in retaliation.
We have the same IP laws, same patents.
