All pills, my body refuses to swallow any pills. You name the method to try and swallow them and I have tried it, and it doesn’t work for me. So i have to either get the liquid version (if it exists) or chew it. Either way it’s absolutely disgusting for most medicine. Estradiol just tastes sweet though so it was a nice surprise.
I’ve only taken them sublingually and I do get a little of the taste. I like it its a bit sweet and chalky. Got some strange looks when I described a wine as having notes of estradiol.

What sorta E tablets you taking?

Then you should look into sublingual, you might be better off dissolving it under your tounge instead of chewing and swallowing.
More potent, and easier on your liver too.
