thats the worst it happens to me sometimes too. what helps me is literally tilting my head back when i swallow so the pill gets pushed into my throat by gravity. are you tongue tied at all? i am some and ive heard it can cause issues with swallowing.
All pills are hard to swallow for me, I have to take them with water.
same sometimes the water isnt even enough and the pill gets stuck somewhere anyway
I have a drinking problem and end up often drinking the water and not the pill so I have to try again.
