gopros have Bluetooth, lots of flock cameras have Bluetooth sniffers that can pick up the Bluetooth mac addresses, no Bluetooth devices at all (including your car)
In fact, don’t record yourselves unless absolutely necesary.
Yeah, honestly, just filming the aftermath is good enough without as much legal risk.

Yeah I’d agree with others, just don’t film the act at all, take a photo of the aftermath if you absolutely have to.
