Hiking trails, publicly ran campgrounds (although it’s been a while since I paid to camp so this could have changed), I see less rural parks with cameras than I do in higher density areas. So I guess the theme here is public land out in the boonies.

In my experience universities have less surveillance than other places. There are no cameras inside of most buildings I work in.
