Maybe he was legitimately afraid for his life from the dog, but he’s looking for a fight.

The UPS driver also took his stuff off and approached aggressively squaring up to a guy that is walking slowly forward with his hands down. Maybe he was legitimately afraid for his life from the dog, but he’s looking for a fight.
