Yeah it does not help that I have had to make bug out (of the city, which I’ve used thanks to natural disaster, and of the country, which oh deer gods please no city was bad enough) plans that have contingencies that involve a few months to years of homelessness.
Planning for those contingencies will make them easier if they happen, but damn it will not make them more pleasant. At least we’re close to having electricity on our contingencies now, we can almost afford a balcony solar panel+inverter thingy what can be transported on my trike.
