    I think it’s good. Main issue is it’s very low in calories which is a bit tough for me as someone with a high metabolism.

    I fail to see the point of eating it. Why does someone have to crumble it up, puree it then extrude it into little rice like bits?

    What was wrong with just eating the dumb cauliflower? I mean, I don’t eat it because it’s crap, but if you’re into it, it just seems like a giant waste of energy to make a big thing into many small things.

    Is chewing that hard these days?

      Well I can see why it puzzles you, since you don’t like it, but think of hamburgers, can’t you say the same of mincing meat?

      It’s just a different way of cooking and adding other flavors and texture.

    I make cauliflower rice every week, then hang out behind schools offering ‘risotto’ to children. I give whatever’s left to homeless people.
