My company isn’t ai but that’s what we’re doing. Laid off half the warehouse workers and rehired most of them as temps for cheaper. Really shitty obviously.

You’re right except fuck this job and workplace lol, im working on getting out of here lol. Reality is the owner is actually really dumb, like dumber than the average guy on the street. He can’t make the business profitable despite underpaying everyone but his family is rich as hell so we cash our checks until we can find something better.
