I guess another way to say it is “what’s your grailz”, but I’m curious about what records are sought out by people and learning why it’s important to them.
For me, it’s the Aquarius/Chinook 7” by Boards of Canada. Huge BoC fan and it would be the last record I’d need to complete their official discography on vinyl. Also pretty sure this verison of Aquarius is different than other released versions. Every once in a while it’s up on Discogs for $$$, but if I saw it in person I’d pay whatever the sticker said.
Anything from my favourite artist’s label, This Never Happened. Though the true grail was the first release, which was selling for $1500usd on discogs, until a repress was done which I was able to get.
