Sending thoughts and prayers

The German government has a Schuldentilgunskonto (debt extinguishment bank account) since 2006. It has been opened on citizen’s request and allows people to donate money to the Federal Republic of Germany. €1.4 million have been donated so far. At that speed it will only take 40 millions years to clear our debt.

He’ll just hold onto it until the full amount is reached, but don’t you worry about that.
