Which one is supposed to be the man? Or are they both men? Who cropped this shit? It makes no sense as is. The original image is plenty wholesome, I just have no clue what the added text is supposed to imply contextually.
I’d love to do this flying private one day in a Cessna 172 or similar. That’d be the greatest flex ever lol
Flight Instructor here…nobody in your life cares.
You they let computers set the flight paths now too right?
You know they let women fly planes now too right?
This meme never said they can’t.
I assumed the message was from a passenger
They let women on planes now too. What in the world does this meme have to do with gender?
Presumably its a man texting excited about his plane, and presumably nobody else would care.
See I presumed the exact opposite, that it was the man sending the pic. So since no one actually knows which person is supposed to be the man, again we ask, what does this meme have to do with gender?
That makes less sense.
Obviously I disagree, but since you didnt make an argument, I don’t feel the need to justify my belief either. Read it again, they could both be men for all we know. Actually all three options are equally likely imo. Which is why it needs more context to make any sense.
They could also both be women, which IMO is the funniest scenario.
The meme is already calling men simple, but you absolutely still have to perform the required mental gymnastics to find a sexist angle to criticize here?
It’s not sexist if it’s against men.
You are so oppressed.
Ah, so making fun of women is fine if you don’t do it to oppress them? Mhm.
Yeah, men are supposed to be tough and not have feelings whatsoever. Duh!
Men are allowed two feelings: Fine and angry.
Really chomping at the bit to find something to be offended at here. Have a sandwich or something.
hey, what do you call a woman flying a plane?
answer
a pilot, you sexist POS
How am I a sexist POS for correctly guessing the answer?
well when telling said joke you interrupt the subject with the punchline before they answer.
you can also replace the question with any oppressed group and any profession.
e.g. What do you call a black man orbiting the moon in a spaceship?
Victor Glover, though he didn’t enter orbit.
Personally I read this as saying that the blue messages could be coming from a woman instead of a man like the text in the picture implies but apparently most people didn’t read it like this
That’s how it read to me, too. Kinda wholesome exchange, really., but some folks just be lookin for a reason to be angry I guess.
