    Its insane how watered down and pacified our vocabulary has become because a couple of corporate shareholders are uncomfortable with someone saying fuck, talking about rape, or genocide

      The point is to call rape what it is, and not some softened passivized version to downplay the severity of rape.

      We know there’s a distinction, and nobody is denying that.

        then I agree people should say sexual assault instead of SA when it won’t get the post censored. I do feel like it is important to spread the word about something first, even if a euphemism needed to reach more people might soften the message.

    Hard agree, but the algorithm might suppress it on sites like youtube. I don’t like that people made a habit of it in other places though.
