    To each their own but I find that sheet of pasta off-putting and can’t understand the side of french fries with it… maybe I have been watching too many Master Chef episodes lately

      Yeah they need to get rid of the dish and serve it in a brick or a slate. They they can charge more for it to.

      You gotta try it once. When prepared skillfully, it is an absolute delight.
