President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has called on Ukraine’s partners to create a legal framework for the use of frozen Russian assets to support Ukraine.

The US has done nothing but demonize its enemies for their lack of support for LGBT people- ever since a panel of unelected people in robes decided that they were going to do the bare fucking minimum and Obama “evolved” in his second term.
